I facilitate:
In the 90’s as a young woman, I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. After many years of diverse work and life experiences, including my own parenting journey, I founded The Parent’s Place in 2017, to answer the calling I felt to uniquely support parents in their own developmental journey as leaders of the family. Parenting is joyful, important, and complicated!
The Parent’s Place is a perfect way for me to combine my personal passions for continued learning, creativity with ideas and words, and persistence in problem solving. I have hundreds of hours of training in child development, parent training, family systems, sensory processing issues, ADHD, behavior management, communication, leadership, and the complexity of co-parenting children across two homes, which as a child of divorce myself, is very dear to my own heart. My goal is to partner with each parent, family, and organization I serve to create a value-added experience for all involved.
